Hello There!

Catholic Prayer Request and Discussion Forum was born out of a desire to have a "public prayer request board" geared towards Roman Catholic practices and beliefs.  

I recently searched the web to find and submit prayer request for those who would pray for special intentions.  Although several web-sites offered a means of submitting prayer request, they lacked the Roman Catholic flavor I was looking for.  Several religious orders and faith based organizations do have prayer request features, however they're hidden deeply within their sites.

My goal is simple, to offer those who want to submit a prayer request a means of doing so. You are welcome to comment on a particular prayer request, thus giving the submitter encouragement or advice.  I will also be praying for your intentions.   

This website is also intended to provide a platform for discussion regarding Roman Catholic topics.  Thus a Discussion Forum is provided.  Please use this forum to engage in lively conversation.

Finally, it should be noted that I am "no one special",  just a Roman Catholic man who believes strongly in the power of prayer.  It is my opinion that prayer is even stronger when you pray for a strangers needs.  Catholic Prayer Request and Discussion Forum gives us a means of doing this.
